Dear Parliament, Dear Colleagues, Dear Compatriots
On November 9, tripartite statement ended the war, but the rhetoric against Armenia didn’t stop. That’s why we call on the international community and partners to condemn what is going on now on the Armenian borders, otherwise your silence will be quite unacceptable. You were quite silent during the 44-day war, when the chemical weapons were used against civil population, maternity hospitals, churches were targeted, historical-cultural values were desecrated. Medieval, vandal words were used against Armenians. You were indifferent towards the ordeals of the displaced families of Karabakh. You didn’t speak about the mercenaries brought from Syria, as well as against the use of the banned weapons. You were indifferent against the problems of potential danger of the children, elderly people and women. Today, you are also indifferent when a Christian church or a sanctuary in Turkey. We ask you to condemn the things against about which you kept silent during the 44-day war. Now, another provocation is being unleashed against the integrity and sovereignty of Armenia, which is a consequence of your non courageous assessments and to some extent your passive position. We fight against Turkish-Azeri tandem and mercenaries. We fight not for our culture, but the whole civilization.
We call on the international community, the CSTO, the OSCE Minsk Group, the Russian Federation to respond to the Azeri activities, which endanger the international peace and to take measures to neutralize the activities to with draw the Azeri forces unconditionally.
